Also TEL learning isn't that much different in price from the Uexcel tests that are $110. I just took one and you also have to pay $20 tech fee and $55 testing center administration fee which totals up to $185 and that's without ordering a practice exam (which is another $35 or so I think.)

If you're going for TESU, the LL TECEPS are probably the recommended option for RA credits, I would just take the easiest 8 you can get your hands on. Otherwise, TEL Learning/UExcel or a community college course would be a viable option as well for those going for COSC or TESU.

Didn't know the extra costs were quite so significant (an admin fee that's half the cost of the test). This makes UExcels less appealing.
