It has been a while since I mentioned this so I thought I would post it again. Colorado Mountain College offers courses for $57 per credit for veterans. I am taking two classes this semester and have been very impressed with the quality. For those needing lab sciences, they offer several chemistry and biology courses online with at home labs. The lab kits are a bit expensive, but at $57 per credit things balance out pretty well.

UptonSinclair,
Thanks a million! The wife and I were looking for affordable CC's for her to take her gen ed classes for her RN Bridge program. CMC offers this huge discount for the veteran's spouse as well.

I'm taking a paralegal course through their distance learning program, and enjoying the vet discount. I'll even have access to a legal search program, which will be helpful when I look for work as a paralegal in the future.

Awesome! I need to take a math course as a prereq for a program I'm applying to. This is cheap enough to pay cash and not use up my GI Bill.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

The math classes are a bit of a pain. There are multiple proctored exams if I understand things correctly.
