Cheap Upper-Level History Credit

I thought the Finnish universities were forced by law to lock down their distance learning to require a Finnish personal ID code?

So far, Helsinki still let me sign up for a computer course and a mooc. I am waiting until August for signups, there are 3 courses I am interested in. So far that school doesn't seem to have issued any statements, but until the August signups appear, I won't know for sure.

For Helsinki, do you still need to register first at XAMK and then use your XAMK info to register at Helsinki? Or can you get ECTS directly through Helsinki now?
