Charter Oak State College and Penn Foster College

Hi,
Does anyone know if Charter Oak State College will accept Penn Foster College courses? Its looks like they don't. In the Catalog it states that they take Regional Accredited courses and not NA.They also state they accept ACE Approved (non-college courses). I am just wondering if anyone transfered from Penn Foster College over to Charter Oak. Please let me know.

I can't answer from experience with COSC, but the following information may be helpful in pursuing your answer.

Many Penn Foster College courses are ACE-reviewed. You can see which courses have been by searching here:

ACE | National Guide to College Credit for Workforce Training

Send the description of the course you want to take to your advisor. If your advisor isn't sure whether the credits will transfer, try the Registrar's office at COSC. They will know in more detail what credits transfer and how they will apply.
