The only courses that may have a time limit would be those "IT/Comp Sci" courses, maybe Engineering. If you took general arts/sciences at the local college/university. Those courses should be just fine, heck, I would say any courses at the college level should transfer over unless it's a "special" course... Send them in! Get that BOG AAS without going through more courses. If you really want to get an AA and the BOG is not an option, do so en route to your Bachelors.

That is still about a decade newer than mine - time to research some RA school options
Actually I'd say it's time to apply and send in your old transcripts. They'll almost certainly take them.

Credits don't "expire." So if you earned them, you still have them. My mom went back to school in her 50's after going when she was 18, all of her credits were still there.

Even then, they don't necessarily have a time limit. They may be able to be used as Gen Ed's for instance, even if you can't use them in the AOS. That's TESU's policy for sure - my old computer courses were accepted in Gen Ed in the Sciences area, and even Quickbooks was accepted in the ACC AOS, and I took it in 1997 (this was a different catalog, so not sure if it still applies).
