There was a post or thread, I forgot to link it, and it mentioned that SNHU and WGU grew much faster than the UofPhoenix because of that "customer service and follow up“. Essentially, for example, when someone shows interest, they get back to them pronto! Not the next hour or the next day, it's like within minutes, literally.
