I am a paying subscriber and have followed the instruction prompt several times about logging into to the forum. can someone help?

Go to degreeforum.net Log in using the form in the top right corner. Use your Instantcert username/password. The bottom thread on the home page of degreeforum should say Specific Exam Feedback: Instantcert Subscribers Only. Let me know if it works! If it doesn't you could email sgloer (the webmaster) here: webmaster@instantcert.com. I had this same problem when I joined Instantcert
