I hope I can join you soon. I am just starting. Any general advice? I have no idea what the best study guides are or the cheapest books.

1RNforlife,
I would recommend Instantcert Academy CLEP/DSST prep, Peterson's practice tests, the REA books (I have not personally used them, but have heard from other members they are good), your library, and Wikipedia. There are also numerous links to fantastic educational websites on this forum, and the Specific Exam Feedback section is a godsend. Good Luck!
