So I registered with Ecelsior for the World Population Exam but now realize I don't need anymore sociology credits and would like to maybe switch to another exam. I have not actually registered with pearsons for scheduling exam. Does anyone know if their is a refund policy, or if I could exchange the fee towards a different exam?

EC has pretty good customer service with their ECE's. I was not an EC student and had several questions about signing up. I think I ended up calling in a couple of times and had no issues getting to someone who was friendly and helpful. It couldn't hurt to give them a call to see what you can do.

Just send Excelsior an email via there message board requesting the change. I just changed an exam a month ago, and it was done in a day. If you already registered with Pearson Vue for the test, you will have to cancel the appointment before they will switch the exam.
