Thank you, I believe I have plenty of good grades by the time I got my act together to offset the Ds. I've never heard of this before - requiring one B or better for every D accepted.
And I stumbled around searching and found that no Ds will work in my AOS or English comp classes. But I still think I'm ok.
I should do this! Now my biggest hurdle will be affording the residency and capstone requirements.

That's not quite true - I guess 1 B for every D is another way to say it, but not how most people say "2.0."

That's correct - at TESU, the will accept D's in the Gen Ed areas except English Comp I & II, and in the Free Electives. But you can't use them in the Major/Core/AOS.

Excelsior won't take in D's and that is one more negative for them at this point in my kids search for choosing where to complete a STEM Bachelor degree quickest plus affordably. I wish that EC accepted D's for electives as there are definitely enough A's & B's to average out 2 STEM D's (Micro & OrgChem1)- I agree with not allowing them in to fulfill major courses, but they should be allowed in for electives if the overall GPA is above 2.0.
