I need advice on DSST Public Speaking
#1
I finally got my evaluation from WGU and they want four more courses before they will accept me.

Speech- I have found a place that will administer the Principals of Public Speaking DSST, but I could also do it through BYU. I would love recomendations from those that have done either.

Visual or Performing Arts- I could take the time for a class and really learn this or I could just do the DSST Art of the Western World. I know nothing about art but I'm sure I could learn if I put my heart into it.

Health Fitness and Wellness- I plan on taking the DSST Heres to you health.

US Constitution- I plan CLEP American Government

I would love any suggestions or assistance on this plan. I really was hoping to only need the government and maybe a history so I was not ready for this much work.

BUMP!!!

Has anyone taken either the Public speaking CLEP or the BYU course?

I am not a member of IC right now so I can't check the specific degree forum.

My youngest son and I both took the BYU course. It's a good course that can be completed easily and quickly. No audience required. You can submit your speeches on audio tape or audio files. We both learned a lot from the class.I'm sure if you do a search for it, you can find other discussions about it.
