Yep, this part of the forum is like the wild west. We don't allow breaking the overall forum rules, but we are more lenient about moderation here.
Personally, I draw the line at things like bullying, explicit language, obvious racism, being purposefully offensive, etc. If people start to complain, that is usually a good trigger as well.
Political topics often become heated, but as long as nobody cries foul, I don't try to interfere.
Considering all the good that dfrecore has done for this forum, I'm not too keen on some of the comments. But she seems to be taking it all in stride so I'm not getting involved.

You know, there was one part I didn't appreciate (davewill, who is normally pretty nice I think, but for whatever reason, decided not to be here). But, as you say, I'm not going to let it bother me too much. I am allowed to think this state has gone off the deep end, he's allowed to not like me saying so. It's fine.
