I just came across CSU's PLA program. I'm not sure if it has been discussed here but it is only $150 per portfolio. Can someone tell me if one wants 30 credits in business, would that be considered a portfolio or would it be per course?

Nice, I would guess it's each course. Best bet is to just contact them from the page.
I look forward to their reply as it would be awesome to get credits that way.

I'm guessing you would only do this if you had less than 9cr that you wanted to do? Otherwise, it's more expensive than TESU's PLA program.

I transferred a PLA from Empire State College. Since there wasn't a term on the transcript, TESU asked for a document from ESC that showed the date of completion. TESU will evaluate it and give its own equivalency just like any other course or test.

It is $150 per credit, and you must take 2 courses with them first in order to be eligible for PLA.
