I think I saw something about the fee waiver code not working anymore. But in another thread, someone mentioned that you can get a free application by attending one of their online open house sessions. I don't know if that's still the case.


COSC waiver codes don't work anymore in my experience too. The application fee is around $50. Their application process/transfer credit review is extremely long.
