I would not enroll at COSC until you have a lot of credits - otherwise, you pay each term to stay enrolled, and that can add up. I suppose if you're close (90-100 credits or so), and will continue taking courses during the time you're taking the cornerstone, so that you have access to the advisor would be a good thing.
