I am taking this CLEP exam on Friday. Anyone out there take it recently? Are the IC flashcards enough? I just joined today.

Okay, here is my dilemma. I failed US His 1 for the second time last week with a 49 again! That is before I discovered this site. I am taking Intro to Sociology tomorrow. Lord willing I will pass that. I need to come up with another course because I will be 1 credit short for some licensing requirements that I need to meet by the middle on this month. Any suggestions out there for an easy CLEP or Dantes?

Probably the easiest CLEP test I have taken so far was College Mathematics. It is not a gimmie exam, but a little bit of study goes a long way. (It's mostly high school math, to be honest.)

Also, although I have never taken this test, Freshman College Composition is usually easy. It has a 94% general public pass rate according to Maryville University. Also, I have heard that Analyzing and Interpreting Literature is not that difficult.

If you're going for easy, I'd take Sociology (with the proper amount of study) or Analyzing and Interpreting Literature.

But that's just my opinion. If you use the search button, you'll find several threads about what people think are easy tests.

PS: Shoto, where are you doing your PsyD?

IMO, some of the easiest were Here's To Your Health DSST, Principles of Supervision DSST, and Technical Writing DSST. I went over the flashcards once for HTYH (very common sense stuff) and the other two I took cold.
Freshman College Comp, I also passed without studying. Since I barely passed that one, I will tell you that you need to be a fast reader. I ran out of time.
Since I'm fluent in Spanish, that one was a Gimme as well Big Grin

Just my two cents.
Good luck on you test.

For History I and II, I watched the videos on the following site and went over the IC flashcards and passed them both first time around. I thought the videos painted a mental picture of that time and complimented the IC flashcards. If you want to pass these tests make sure you follow the advice posted in the Specific Exam Feedback section and watch the videos. Good luck!
