I'm taking the CLEP for American History I tomorrow. I've taken the 320 question SpeedyPrep test and scored 75%. I'm assuming that means I should be fine tomorrow but I'm new to the world of CLEPs so thought I'd check to see if anybody had any thoughts.

I'm not familiar with the Speedyprep tests, but if they are anything like Petersons, you should be golden @ 75%. Have you tried any of the Peterson tests by chance?
