I"m debating between which of the two I want to take. I've heard that Sociology is easier, however I do not believe I have any solid study materials for the subject. I'm not a subscriber to IC and REA, and I don't plan to in the immediate future. I've passed both economics and english literature with the princeton review ap books. So my decision is either psychology, where I can rely on my past study materials, or sociology, where I do not seem to know any study materials around. Can anyone give me feedback on which one to take and which one was easier, and if sociology is the answer then what are the best study materials?

REA isn't a subscription. It is the name of a publishing company that sells CLEP exam prep books.
Take a look at this:

I scored higher on psychology and that was probably because I found more study sources for it.
