I have a score of 61 on the practice test in the CLEP Study Guide. I am not scoring as well on the Peterson's practice tests. My latest score on Peterson's is a 48. The Peterson's test seems to be much harder than the test from the CLEP Study Guide. I have over a week until my test so I will continue to study. I am getting a little frustrated because of my Peterson's scores.
Does anyone have any advice/comments on comparing the Peterson's test to the actual exam for this subject?

I haven't taken a Peterson's test, but I have heard they are harder than the real thing.
I always use the Official CLEP test as my final gauge on whether I'm ready. I try for a score of 60-65 (though I have gotten lower) and I have yet to fail a CLEP test. If you still have a week, I would say you're in excellent shape to pass.
(Do you have any tips on studying for this exam? I need to take it soon and have no idea where to start.)

I've used instancert, REA, the Standard Deviant videos, and the Peterson's practice tests. For some reason it is taking me longer to prepare for this test than usual. I have been holding off taking the test because of my low scores on the Peterson's practice tests. I have taken the test from the Official CLEP study guide a couple of times and I am scoring good on that. I think I am overly concerned about getting a high score on this test because I am majoring in accounting and I want to make sure I have this down.
I'll let you know how the actual test compares to the practice tests next week.
