DSST is delayed and arrives the next week. That's two.
CLEP arrives last, just after the DSST evaluation is completed. That's three and is not evaluated.
Since IELTS is a prerequisite to entrance, I'm not sure that it counts as an actual evaluation, per se, but the others definitely do. Per comments in another thread, you can apparently ask them to postpone evaluation until all of your transcripts are in. However, I would also be prepared for them to evaluate them as the transcripts roll in because TESU doesn't seem to have great inter-org communication - especially at this time.
Minor caveat: if you apply and send in your transcripts, they normally hold them for a certain amount of time and wait to to the eval until they have everything you listed on your application. So let's say there's a 10-day waiting period (which there seems to be currently) for your eval. You list GED, Study.com, DSST & CLEP as transcripts that are coming, and make arrangements to send them all. They will not do your first eval until they get all 4, even if it takes more than 10 days to receive everything.
NOW, it's not 100% - and I would make arrangements for CLEP & DSST before you even apply at TESU, since they take the longest (although I don't know about GED). But, if you give it at least a week after requesting those (maybe 2 weeks), then your application should be processed before your transcripts arrive, but before your 10-day "eval window" closes.
interesting. I was in that "it's not 100%" category.
applied tesu in March of this year. Listed community college are coming... and it was more like rachel's explanation. The ACE got there first. that was eval one. CLEP arrived the next day (ugh) and that was eval 2. Nothing was held or waiting until the community college transcript got there. Had to do the enroll in tecep strategy to get that next eval. It all worked out. But, I wish they had held onto stuff to do first one. Makes me wonder what secret little tip I didn't know.

It used to be that your first eval included everything listed on your application. They don't do anything until the very last day of the "waiting period." Then if you sent through other things, that would count as your 2nd eval.
Maybe they've changed their policy.

Question- I just noticed that out of the list of CLEPS I took, a few of them have been renewed on ACE after my testing date. Would this mean TESU won't accept my CLEP scores for credit?

Also, I just got a reply from TESU saying they don't need a copy of my GED, so how does the admissions process go? Just apply and start?

Yes, apply, do the TECEP thing, and send in your CLEP and DSST scores. While you're waiting for them to be evaluated, you can start working on Sophia. Everything except College Readiness and Foundations; plus see notes below:
CLEP:
- CLEP College Composition - Was this essay required or modular? If it was modular, you still need English Comp II at Sophia. If it was essay, skip all Sophia English Comp
- CLEP Introductory Sociology - Duplicates Sophia Sociology. Skip.
- CLEP Analyzing and Interpreting Literature - Does not duplicate Sophia
- CLEP Introduction to Educational Psychology - Does not duplicate Sophia
- CLEP Introductory of Psychology - Duplicates Sophia Psychology. Skip.
- CLEP Principles of Management - Does not duplicate Sophia
- CLEP Information Systems - Does not duplicate Sophia's IT class. Take intro to IT.
- CLEP Principles of Marketing - Does not duplicate Sophia
- CLEP Human Growth and Development - Does not duplicate Sophia
DSST:
- DSST Fundamentals of Counseling - Does not duplicate Sophia
- DSST Ethics in Technology - Does not duplicate Sophia Ethics; can definitely skip Sophia Ethics, though.
- DSST Substance Abuse - Does not duplicate Sophia
- DSST Introduction to Business - Duplicates Sophia Introduction to Business. Skip
- DSST Principles of Supervision - Does not duplicate Sophia
- DSST Principles of Public Speaking - Does not duplicate Sophia but will fulfill Oral Communication requirement. Skip Sophia Public Speaking
- DSST Intro to World Religions - Does not duplicate Sophia's Approaches to Studying Religions
- DSST Business Ethics and Society - Does not duplicate Sophia Ethics; can definitely skip Sophia Ethics, though.
- DSST Human Resource Management - Does not duplicate Sophia
- DSST Management Information Systems - Does not duplicate Sophia
- DSST Organizational behavior - Does not duplicate Sophia
- DSST Health and Human Development - Does not duplicate Sophia
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming

TESU will take the CLEP's, and they are able to see what ACE-recommended credits were at the time you took them. So for something that may have been downgraded since you took it, you'll actually probably get the old amount of credits. If something was UL when you took it but no longer is, that would also probably come in as the old recommendation.

Thank you!!
I just dropped the Accounting course cause I was hoping I could take it later.. now I realize I can't add it back to active courses on my end, will contacting Sophia make it possible to bring it back?
I already sent a message to them but it's the weekend now so no one there will respond and I'm a little anxious about this..

That's a relief, thank you! I'm working on sending my transcripts over now, will apply within the next month.

Yes, contacting Sophia should allow you to take Accounting again. If you had any progress in the course, it will be completely reset and you'll have to start from scratch.

I was wondering about the enrolled status with TESU- is there a time limit on when I must finish the degree or a minimum amount of credits I must do per year? Since I am now an applied student, if I enroll in the $50 TECEP within the next few months, and then apply for the cornerstone course before the TECEP enrolled status expires, do I have 12 months again from the day I register for the cornerstone course, so that means I have time to wait it out before I take my capstone?
