Again thanks for your patience in helping me out, guys.
I already have a good idea which teachers college to go to, on their daws section they say clearly that you can take Clep tests to meet teachable requirements. Heh, maybe because there's a surplus of teachers these days, and enrollment standards are going down, who knows.
They also said I should keep my overall average at 70%, by Canadian standards, currently my average would be just barely over that, so I might try to drop a few marks from my record, if possible.

Basically my plan now is to see what tesc will say about a few general questions I asked, and do aleks now, both for credit and as a refresher. Then do one of those evaluations, most likely through one of those organizations.
Another issue is there's no Clep/dsst center near me, I live in shanghai china, currently working as a teacher. However there are lots of other places I can travel to, write a few exams, then maybe have a holiday.
With my current plan I guess i have about 11 tests. I could try to write 3/4 at a time that are similar in nature with overlap, and not so difficult. Do this 3 times on 3 short vacations within a year.
By the way does anyone have an idea how long graduation from tesc takes?
By the way I'll also look into cosc but maybe after cesc evaluates my credits

I know that EC gives an opportunity to remove courses from a transcript. I am not sure how TESC handles that.
Another thing that is unique to EC and COSC (I think) is that they award letter grades for some (older non-refreshed versions) of the DSST exams.
I do not know if either scenario is useful for the next level of college admissions.

so, it seems that they directly accept transcripts from athabasca...anyone who's interested in taking courses with them to fulfill credit requirements might be glad to hear that, athabasca also can send transcripts out through regular mail without a fee. Great news I think.
The bad news, however, is that my other school, UWO will in fact need to be evaluated by some kind of agency that specializes in that stuff.
Now, if i failed some courses in these two institutions, then they wouldn't accept them for credit, right? They would not be transferred in? I hope TESC has the option to suppress a credit, or something like that.
