GPT4 is still not 100% accurate, and AI chatbots hallucinate - meaning that they confidently give incorrect answers when they don't have the answer. You can even have different people ask the same question, and they'll get different answers from ChatGPT. Professors often talk about ChatGPT creating non-existent sources. One can actually go to USAJobs and look at the job announcements for operations research analysts.
By the way, I also searched for "Classification of Instructional Programs" and received no results.
