Business Law: Tell me if these test scores sound OK??

Ok,

So I have been studying off and on for two weeks for the CLEP for Business Law. I have been studying hard for a full week as well. I have read completely through the REA book and halfway through the Barron's Business Law book. I know most of the answers from IC and I have not done Petersons yet.

I am a bit frightened as I got a score of 65% on my REA book test, which by their scale means a 58 on the actual CLEP. I take my test next week. I searched the forums and I see a lot that people make higher grades on the CLEP then the practice exams on BLaw, is this mostly true?

To pass for my college is a 50, by the way.

There wasn't a Peterson available to me when I took Business Law, but in general I did better on the real CLEP than on the Pete. I suspect they dial it in that way so you will keep studying until you do well on the real exam. It sounds like you are making good progress. I thought BLaw was the hardest of the easy CLEPs, but still very doable. I suggest you take the first Peterson soon so you can study your weak areas without last-minute panic.

Ok, I took the second REA book test for this thing and got a 70%

I took two petersons and I got 50% (before reading the book) and a 60% after reading the book.

Hopefully those scores are enough for the real thing... I take it Thursday and its my first CLEP. I am so nervous, I need this to graduate
