Business Degree Wanted
#1
Hello! I am trying to do some research for my boyfriend in trying to find the best route for him to take to get a degree.  He has been to two four-year universities and a community college. I was hoping I could get some insight into if one of the "big 3" could work for his situation and if so, which one.  Here is the info we have so far in terms of current classes/credits...

a few AP tests passed (possibly language and calc but still waiting on scores)
units transferred from cc - 20
units transferred from first university - 54

classes taken and passed with a c or better at second university -
ACCT 210 Financial Accounting
BUS 110 Business Law
ECON 110 Principles of Microeconomics
MGT 307 Management of Organizations
MKT 310 Principals of Marketing
ACCT 220 Managerial Accounting
BUS 334 The Business of Art
ECON 111 Principals of Macroeconomics
SPAN 102 Elementary Spanish
BUS 320 Business Operations
BUS 300 Business Finance
ACCT 300 Applied Managerial Accounting
ECON 311 Intermediate Macroeconomics
MATH 329 Applied Stats for Business and Econ

He is really trying to spend/do as little as possible at this point being a bit fed up with school.  I would say time isn't really an issue but more the effort and money spent would weigh in more. I would love if somebody could give any sort of insight into what would be best in this situation.  Thanks so much in advance!

You're going to need all of his credits. But those courses look like they'd work at any of the Big 3 so far. TESU is going to require the fewest UL courses, and it looks like he has 7 UL courses that would work in the AOS there, so he's off to a good start at TESU.

Do you know which universities he attended? As long as all the credits are from regionally accredited schools it shouldn't be an issue, but if they're nationally accredited schools he might have trouble with transferring them.

Also if he has some courses that he passed with a "D" they may still be of value as long as they are not to be used in the AOS (they can be used in the Gen Eds or Electives).  Based on the UL he already has I'd recommend the BSBA-GM through TESU. LL courses are always easier (& often cheaper/faster) than UL credits.  Have him apply and send in all the transcripts to TESU from all the schools (even if there are Ds among them)

TESU will take D's for most courses - gen eds except English, business core, and free electives.

Yes both schools were California State Universities (CSU's).  Cal Poly and CSU Channel Islands. I'm assuming that shouldn't be an issue.

Ok, need a bit more detail.

1) List whether the schools are semester-based, or quarter-based (a bunch of the CSU's have changed from Q to S the last few years). I think Channel Island is Semester, while CalPoly is Quarter. But I don't know about the CC and can't tell by looking
2) Put the years that he went to each school
3) Does he want a BSBA with a General Management concentration?
