Broward College offers a free Canvas-based MOOC with reading, writing and math modules.  This is not for credit.  Certificates are available.  The course does have professors who can be contacted about the materials.  So the value-proposition here is a math tutor.  I could imagine using this in conjunction with a for-credit online math class.
