Here is a google Doc breakdown(pasting into the forum directly didnt look too nice) of the requirements of the two recommendations made Technical Studies or BA in Natural Science, on separate sheets I included a better view of the requirements they have for both the Math Natural Science degree and the technical studies degree. Any help would be appreciated.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1...sp=sharing

I went ahead and updated my post with the Cleps I have found so far. It seems like everyone used to link people to http://www.tesu.edu/academics/catalog/CL...rogram.cfm to look up which CLEPS are valid for the courses they need, but that link no longer works.

I have just looked at the 3 Evals you have posted, 2 EC and 1 TESC. All 3 plans show that they will grant you 67 out of 120 required, leaving 53 to go. But the distribution of remaining requirements varies by school and Area of Study (AOS).

Let me give you the big picture first:
BA or BS in any concentration (AOS or Major) 120 total hours with combined 2.0 GPA for all courses applied to you degree, consisting of:
60 hrs. of Liberal Arts (LA) Gen-ED of which about 45 hours are specified by certain courses (English I,II) and the remainder meeting courses in specific categories. Some courses span several categories but may only be used once so the total will come to 45. The remaining Gen-Ed electives must be LA - no technical, engineering which still may exclude certain computer courses as LA or credits from school/departments outside the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, e.g. Business School which has it's own and usually less stringent Gen-Ed reqs.
For BA 60hrs remaining will consist of 33 hrs. in AOS including capstone and 27 hours of unrestricted free electives (non LA courses or AOS subject courses with grade D)
For BSAST 60 hours remaining will consist of about 45 hours in AOS with the remaining about 15 as free electives
Additionally within your AOS there will be distribution of subject, required GPA, and number of Upper Level (UL) credit hours required and restrictions on the number of introductory subject courses with your AOS
It is primarily in this AOS area that the schools will have their major differences in how they evaluate your acceptable transfer credits

I think you should already see that simply based on the shear size of AOS hours that a LA BA vs a BSAST should yield greater flexibility. Unfortunately, the nature of the mix of your transfer credits into your AOS along with the differences of distribution reqs. could make some BSAST better for you. E.g. At TESC the BA in Math/NS requires 15 UL credits in addition to the capstone, while the BSAST only requires 6 ULs outside of two mandatory ULs for the BSAST Technical Studies.
It's usually here that makes or breaks your choice because finding these UL courses outside of your school can be real challenge.

I believe that the BA Math/NS at TESC will yield you the shortest and cheapest path.

Next Steps:
- Order a second eval from TESC for the BA Math/NS
-Download the catalogs from both TESC and EC and bookmark the requirements for your specific possible choices for your bachelor's. If you send me your email in a PM I will send you my bookmarked TESC catalog, which is too big to attach.
-Scour the ACEnet.edu website to look for any of the possible professional courses that you have taken in your career that may be recommend for college credit, perhaps even UL
-Create a spreadsheet starting with the Big Picture Outline above for comparing each of your Evals at the detail levels noted above.

After this, report back to this thread with your spreadsheet for further assistance if needed. Good luck!

Excelsior will probably give you credit for the ee courses as applied professional in the BS Liberal Arts program. Then if you take one upper division ee course, it will give you one of your "depths."

MS - Management and Leadership, WGU 2022
BS - Liberal Arts - Depths in Healthcare and Psychology, Excelsior College 2014
Certificate - Workers Comp Admin, UC Davis Extension, 1995
AA - Licensed Vocational Nursing and Selected Studies, Mesa College 1989
Certificate - Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN), Mesa College 1977

Also, someday maybe a MS in Forensic Psychology, just for fun.   Oh, and a BS in Animal Behavior.  And, maybe when I'm 85 a PhD in something fun.
