Hi,

I want to know who has a good youtuber or book (simple way to understand). I need help on the part operation management bottleneck process(process analyst), productivity,  and Quality. if there are good example exercise on those topic. it will be great. I can not find the correct formula to calculate the homework.

Yea I found a pretty good and simple book. It is the Dummies operation management. it is awesome book.
