This is a federally funded training program for nurses interested in mental health or employed in mental health/psychiatric nursing. TESUs BSN and Psychiatric Nurse Preceptor Certificate may be fully covered depending on availability of funds and your qualifications/interests. Great opportunity for nurses on the forum. Maybe someone can post this on the sister forum if it's not already there. Yes, it's only NJ, but something is better than nothing.

I think it's a good offering for the BSN, especially since there seems to be an uptick in demand and need for specific areas of nursing, Mental Health or Psychiatric Nursing.  Hope they continue the trend and help other areas and industries as well.
