None of these are CIS/COS courses. So, for a BACS, you're basically starting from scratch in the Core/AOS. Same with the BSAST IT I think. Nothing will work in the BSBA CIS either (not that you asked, just an observation).
You may want to look into the BSAST in Technical Studies, but even then I think you will have a hard time just because you don't have any UL courses completed.
If you're really interested in an IT degree, you might be better off at WGU. It's a BS rather than a BA, not sure if that matters? But it might just be an easier degree to complete, because they have a good way to get the courses that you need for the degree there, for a great price. They are a SL partner, so you won't lose the credits you have from there either.
Probably not what you want to hear, but it's the best I can come up with.
