Blue Ridge CTC will accept international students too!
"At least 3 credits must be taken at Blue Ridge. We accept international students. However, we are only equipped to accept either U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents. Other cases will need to be assessed individually. "

Nice! So, if you don't need a visa then they may be able to work with you to get an Associate's degree. In countries where an Associate's degree can matter, this would still be cheaper than UoPeople.

For those who are looking into the BOG AAS, here's a document from 2016 that explains how they work in detail, it's 371 pages long with all the requirements. What is written in stone is, you need 12 RA credits from a community college... However, for the 3 credit residency requirement, you can "get the institution" to see if they can provide a waiver for that. One more thing you may want to look into is, if they allow international students or not... https://www.wvctcs.org/assets/cms-images...-29-18.pdf

Unless Education is a field you want to get into, the BLS Education wouldn't really fit into any other vertical whereas the Psychology degree will go into several others just fine. It's just me, if there is no additional work involved for the AA or AS at COSC beyond that of the Bachelors, I think having a secondary AA or AS (if there is a concentration) would be beneficial to just having the BOG AAS. I highly think that the Bachelors will have sufficient surplus of credits to be used for the second AA/AS anyways, and if there is no extra cost, energy, time involved, I would do it...
