Hello everyone! I've been trudging along very slowly and wanted to check in to see if someone could help. I had applied to TESU Back in 2019 but never took any classes so my student account was inactivated.. Does anyone know if they should still have my original transcripts? I assume I need to reapply. I've recently taken a bunch of study.com classes and wanted to see how close I might be. I have attached to my original transcripts transcripts from 2019 and will list what additional classes I have taken.. Thanks for any help you may have.. Looking for the quickest way to get this done. You would definitely need to reapply. They should still have your original transcripts, yes. But whether or not they'll insist on you sending them again is up for debate. Probably not, but you never know. I would apply and then sign up for the Medical Terminology TECEP ASAP to bring you up to fully-enrolled status.
In progress: TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed: Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210
They've also changed the degree plan since you left, so that needs to be taken into account. I have a question for you:
1) when did you complete POLS 102: American Government?
Then, from what I can see, you need 2 additional 200-level courses in the AoS. I would make sure to choose things that show that TESU brings them in as 200-level (for instance SOCSCI 108: Ethics in the Social Sciences comes in as SOS-216, whereas HIS 103: US History I comes in as HIS-113, and won't work).
You could do 2 Sophia courses right now for $40 for a month, like Visual Communications (COM-299) and Ancient Greek Philosophers (PHI-226).
Just make sure you choose Liberal Arts courses like Psych, History, Science, CJ, SOC, Phil, etc. Don't choose Education, or Business.

Reapply and I would just work on the degree plan as you currently have it, your TEEX and SDC courses are enough for the upper level requirements. I wouldn't worry about the concentration or no concentration, with the courses, you'll come out with a SS concentration anyways. Question, are you going for 16 residency credits or are you paying the residency waiver fee?

I will be paying the residency waiver fee, unfortunately. I think I am just about done with classes. Not sure how long it takes for TEEX to update Credly. Once that is done I will reapply and see where I am.
