Some how I did it, I passed the TECEP. Now just to change my enrollment plan to enrolled options and apply for graduation, I am hoping I make the April 1st deadline. Want to thank you all for your support, also I have a question if anyone can answer it. Is it still possible to have courses transcribed (send transcripts in) while you are in the graduation process (this is for professional & academic reasons)?

Congrats on passing the TECEP! I'll be taking it in a few weeks. This might be OT but I was wondering if you'd share how you studied for it. For example, did you use InstantCert? Thanks.
BSBA/Accounting TESU (2016). MSA UIUC (2018).
Need help with portfolios? I earned 18 credits at TESU through portfolio evaluations. Nine of those were for upper level accounting courses. My advice for PLA/portfolios:
TESU portfolio tips The first post has the Portfolio Checklist I created. Page ten has the actual narrative I wrote to receive credit for ACC-440.
Using Straighterline's Financial Accounting as a substitute for TESU's Intermediate Accounting I? Don't do it if you are an accounting major and/or want your CPA license. They are not the same course and I think TESU has erred in accepting the SL course as Intermediate I. I made this discovery here:
Intermediate Accounting II.

I studied less then I should had because of work, which is why I am surprised to have passed and didn't feel confident. However for studying I simply read an older copy of the Crafting Strategy textbook.

Congratulations!!! Gotta love having the ability to earn partial credit for the essays! I truly believe it makes the difference betwen a pass/fail.
And to your question, yes, they will continue to add credit up to the end of your enrollment period; quite possibly even longer, not sure.

Congratulations on passing, and I hope that all the paperwork can be done in time for your April graduation.

Here's what I learned (and stated on another thread): If you are close to completing your degree requirements, and plan to apply for June graduation, speak to the graduation department. I was told that once you officially apply they begin to 'audit' your courses. This speeds them up a bit b/c it's a different group that does this and they have to complete that audit in time for graduation (although you technically have until the end of April to get all the credits in for June grad).
So, as long as you can get it all in and audited by May 1, you should be OK for June...that's what I'm doing BTW!

Thank you for the information. My only real problem right now is paying the enrolled options fee, and switching to it. As of now I am still under the Per-Credit option which has a residency requirement, because of that as of now I don't technically meet the graduation requirements.

Got it. I didn't bother trying to make residency (plus I was scared of TECEPs) so I went with enrolled options. Hurts to spend $1800 and never actually take 1 credit or actually visit the institution (tested out of all 120 CR) but I'm not complaining overall! Good luck
