More thoughts to my path of getting a degree.
My career has taken me to a path that combined both my technical background, sales background, and essentially emerged myself into the industry of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Along with my technical background (previous Comp. Sci Major that didn't finish), I started coding in the mid 90s during high school. Well, that career fell through and I have been in the Talent Acquisition/HR industry for 9 years now who's led Engineering Organizations in their HR/TA strategies and then all departments.
I was looking into completing my degree online through TESU and perhaps a BABS with a focus on Human Resources and CIS would be ideal for me. Since the business requirements are the same, can someone help me through getting these degrees on the fastest path possible?
