BA in liberal studies/ Teaching Credential California
#1
I am interested in getting my BA in liberal studies and my California teaching credential. I have been taking classes at my Community college with the plans to transfer to the local universities program. However this is taking me forever. I am looking for the quickest and least expensive (not the eaisest) way to get my teaching in California. I was thinking about Western Governors University's teaching program, or maybe one of the Big Three and then doing a licensee program after, but that seems so long.

I have about 30 transferable credits 50 if you count the “D” grades I received when I was young before I got my act together, but I am pretty sure those wont transfer anywhere.

Anyway I appreciate any insight any one might have! Thanks in advance
