Hello
Got my transcripts evaluated. The one thing jumping at me was that my Study.com Accounting courses were not accepted. Need to review it more closely! Interest in what ya'll can pick up from this.
So, if I'm looking at this correctly, you have 12-14 courses to take at UMPI? That depends on if you want to knock out some of those GEC requirements through Sophia/SDC/InstantCert. Can you post a list of what you transferred in from what provider? They destroy that info when they translate it to their system recommendations, and start having all those unnamed electives and whatnot. That way we can better suggest to you what to take.
That really sucks about the accounting courses. I would have thought that was one of those subject areas were a spade is a spade is a spade regardless of where you take it. Guess not.
COMPLETED: Southeast Tourism Society - TMP (02/2020) Pierpont Community and Technical College - AAS BOG, AOE: English (12/2018) FEMA - PDS Certificate (04/30/2014) GED (11/16/2004)

So, if you took everything at UMPI, you're actually looking at somewhere around 25 classes. Were you going to continue using alternate credit providers, or were you planning on taking them all at UMPI? Just keep in mind that you'll have to request to take outside credits once you are actually an enrolled student at UMPI, so don't enroll yet if you plan on knocking out some more courses. You'll just make more hoops for yourself to jump through if you do that.
So, what's the plan? Just seeing where you land as of right now or what?

All a student has to do is email their academic advisor and ask permission to transfer in xyz course from abc provider. I have not seen anyone denied unless it was for a course that is not needed in their academic plan. It's a piece of cake getting permission. UMPI is VERY liberal about ACE credits and transferring them in. I speak from experience.
Having said that the OP has plenty of time to complete more ACE courses if they want. They can't start UMPI until Summer Session 1 in May. OP will also receive a much more readable and easy to follow degree audit from their advisor once enrolled and have met with their advisor. This form is always tricky to follow for YourPace. It's designed for on campus.
Looks like Environmental Science from Sophia could be used to fill #12. Biology 101L or another lab science from Study.com could also be completed. I definitely would not take UMPI's lab science based on ashkir's experience. It's also not a virtual lab like Study.com. American Government from InstantCert can be completed. Although this is a really easy class at UMPI and can be completed in a few days with an A. So if you need a GPA booster this is a good one to take at UMPI.

I actually am going with TAMUC! They accepted all of my credits (84) as opposed to UMPI. But I am glad I got this review from UMPI as I was really curious and their degree was something I was considering seriously.
