For an AS in Liberal Arts at Excelsior, it looks like you would only need 3 credits in Math, 1 credit in Info Lit, and 3 credit capstone course.
AS in 2010 and BS in 2013 at Excelsior College - Transcripts and Costs
MS Biostatistics in 2019 at Texas A&M University - Graduate School

Sharing Credit-by-Exam*
Resources Used - 20+ Exams Passed & General GRE
Practice Tests - Available for CLEP and DSST

Do they accept all transfer courses like TESC?
The tuition online says it will be $1,065 which is high but better than TESC, is there other tuition plans that I might not be seeing? Is that info lit something I can get done quickly or is it a semester class? Sorry for all the questions and thanks for your help!

Yes, that is one of the reasons that EC is considered one of the Big 3 colleges. You don't seem to have any unusual credits.

Application fee $80
Enrollment fee $1065 (since you'll be transferring-in all of your credits)
Info Lit 1 credit $465 (or another option like LSU)
Capstone course 3 credits $465 x 3
Graduation Fee $495

Total $3500 (if you are not in the military or a veteran)

When I took Info Lit at EC, it only took me a few days to complete it. You'll need to check the course schedule for Info Lit and the capstone to get a better idea about any timing issues.

I think there was a post a few days ago about some of the fees increasing in July.

Four TECEPs will get you an Associate of Arts in General Studies at TESC, no Capstone required. I suggest TECEPs instead of CLEP/DSST due to the huge decrease in enrollment fees if you take at least 4 TECEPs for an AA. Best wishes~

At a glance i think you could complete an AA/AS at Charter Oak with the following:

Ethics (I wonder if your Philosophy will work, but I doubt it, DSST and Saylor have exams or courses that will work though).
4 credits in science with a lab. Straighterline would be my choice.
Cornerstone Course, 3 credits

The course, the application fee, and the graduation fee would be around $1100 total, SL Biology would be around $300 with the lab kit if you finish in 1 month, the DSST Ethics is about $100. So you would be between $1200 or so up to $1500 at COSC. General Education Requirements - Charter Oak State College Catalog

It would take you around 8-10 weeks once the semester starts.
MBA, Western Governors University February 2014
BS Charter Oak State College November 2011
AS in EMS August 2010

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this).  Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.

I agree with everything rebel100 said, except you also need to meet the Math requirement. Here's what your credits look like when applied to the COSC General Education requirements;

Written Communication (6 credits)
ENC-101 English Composition I
ENC-102 English Composition II
Oral Communication (3 credits)
COM-108 Fundamentals of Speech
Information Literacy (1-3 credits)
Cornerstone course
Ethical Decision-Making (3 credits)
Still Needed (DSST Ethics in America)
U.S. History/Government (3 credits)
HIS-113 American History I
Non-U.S. History or Culture (3 credits)
FRE-101 Beginning French I
Global Understanding (3 credits)
ANT-150 Cultural Anthropology I
Literature and Fine Arts (3 credits)
MUS-212 Rock and Roll Music
Social/Behavioral Sciences (3 credits)
PSY-101 Introduction to Psychology
Mathematics (3 credits)
Still needed (CLEP College Mathematics-6 credits)
Natural Sciences (7-8 credits)
AST-101 Introductory Astronomy
4 credits still needed (Straighterline Biology with Lab)

You have some general education areas with more than one course to fill the requirement, but I've only applied what is needed. You currently have 55 credits. After completing the DSST Ethics exam, CLEP College Math, Straighterline Biology, and cornerstone course, you'd have 71 credits, and you will have met all the general education requirements for transition into their bachelors degree program after completing the associates (if you chose to do so).

I just want to make it clear to the OP that taking 4 TECEPs will only cost $432. With the graduation fee, that's a total of $722.

Not to derail the thread, but I am trying to suggest TECEPs wherever possible now. Such a bargain, and the Environmental Ethics TECEP is a new one to me.

Oh, cool! They must have just added that. I have a feeling that they are going to be adding a lot more TECEPs as they gain popularity. I also have a feeling that they started offering the open source versions of their PLA courses since LearningCounts was giving them competition.
