I wonder, too. I'm not a fan of "lawsuit Universities" - e.g. Ashford. And too much "same old" here. Zovio, the former owner of Ashford continues to collect quite a chunk of the tuition for a long long time. I'd hate to see any of this "stick" to University of Arizona. But the new entity still has ties to the old Ashford owner, so...
In exchange for paying $54 million in a deal with the University of Arizona, Zovio will continue to receive almost 20% of the school's tuition revenue for the next seven to 15 years, according to court documents.
