I'm SO not surprised but have mixed emotions. The *actual* college was a college in my town that was run for years only B&M but went secular in 2005 and changed their name to Ashford and added online. The educational management company -obviously- wasn't interested in a little building in Clinton, they wanted the RA that came with that building. Finally in 2016 the building closed because the online segment was enormous and the physical campus couldn't generate the kind of money (profit) to stay open. Very sad last year when it closed, I am 99% sure back before I selected TESU I posted the question here about having a dilemma about enrolling at Ashford on campus (would have been free for me to attend in person) or TESU (online option was really necessary). Happy TODAY that my degree is from TESU and not Ashford. They really made a mess of that college.
