So I am looking to get a certificate from TESU in Accounting and Marketing. The only (well not really the only way) way to do this is testing (I know 9 credits have to come from TESU) through CSU. My question is, does CSU charge (including application fee) anything to enroll as a Non-Degree Seeking student?

Officially, there's a $25 application fee. Many here (including myself) have been given a coupon/voucher or had the fee waived. I received a voucher code after requesting more info from their site.
