Are TEEX courses eligible for credits at UMPI?

Did anyone receive credits for UMPI for these courses?

In short, it's going to be "Yes", but only in the electives. It's best for you to take your time reviewing posts, threads, and the WIKI. It really depends on the degree you're going for and where you place the credits. I highly suggest you fill in the addendum and template to provide more details on what your educational goal is, and to see what degree may fit your learning style and wants more...

Yes.

I completed all the courses required forCyber 101, Cyber 201, and Cyber 301 modules through TEEX. When all are complete and on your Credley transcript and UMPI evaluates it they are posted as totalling 25.00 credits. I attached a screenshot of my unofficial transcript with the credits posted.

Thank you! Is there any other credit that you've gotten in from free sources?

Whatever cheapies/freebies that is found on the cheap/freebies WIKI list that has ACE recommendation for credit will work for the UMPI BLS electives area as I mentioned earlier... As that area will allow "any" credits, up to 60...

Actually no you don't have 62 general electives that are whatever you want in the BLS. 24 of the 62 general elective credits MUST be UL. So that leaves 38 general elective credits which can be any level.

CLEP can be a source of free credits by using the Modern States vouchers.

Yeah, I've checked the list but BLS needs UL credits for most of the electives. I haven't seen anything like that for BAS technical courses section, so trying to work my way through the Pierpont AAS route.

I have 19 RA credits and working on to finish these free TEEX courses, then I'll catch onto Sophia. I'm looking into the management minor since it only needs 18 credits.

Do you happen to know if students can pursue multiple minors together or after graduation?

The cheapies and freebies should be sufficient for you to get enough upper level for the electives, here's the link to just the Coursera offerings alone: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Coursera

I saw some free FEMA courses on the sources of credit page. They don't seem to have ACE endorsement, are those acceptable at UMPI and Pierpont?

No. They don't have any credit value.
