Are Credits on COSC/Excelsior Registries Accepted by other Universities?

Here's my question:

Let's say I take the Coopersmith exam or Institutes course with a graduate credit recommendation.  Then I have the recommendation posted onto either the Excelsior or COSC credit registry.  Would I be able to use that as part of 18 credits to teach at a community college?  I already have a master's degree.

It would be up to the employer. No way to know without asking.
