GRE Literature in English, 530 scaled score, 54th percentile. I have received permission from COSC to pursue a second BA in Literature, so this gets me 18 credits. Six classes to go, if I decide to enroll. I'm still thinking it over. I might enroll at WNMU for the MA in Interdisciplinary Studies instead. Or maybe one of the twelve other schools on my list. It's really hard to decide what to work on next.

Wow, you seem to be the master of credit bang for the buck! What are you averaging, like $10/credit?
EC - BSLS Finally done!
Went from 86 to 120 credits in six weeks thanks to IC and the forum.
Currently doing MBA pre-reqs.

Should you decide to go the COSC route, you can likely whittle down that 6 course list with more testing. I'd ask how the CLEP A&I Literature would plug into those final 18 credits. Also, inquire about the DSST Technical Writing or the CLEP Humanities. The ECE American Dream might count towards those upper level credits that you would still need.
Just some quick thoughts.

Alissa retrieved her score on Saturday, and her post made me run to the phone (literally! and I tripped over a cat in the process!) to pay the $12 for my own. Don't know why the scores were available before the 6th, but go ahead and call if you can't stand the wait...

Well I feel truly screwed. 540 on the Psych but guess what...540 put me in the 26% percentile!?!?! Seems low to me. Guess competition is tightening for Psych grad school but I just wanted a few credits. Glad I don't want to be a psychologist.

Just some quick thoughts.
I just received my Transfer Credit and degree plan Summary from COSC. It says I need 3 credits in Ethics, 3 in oral communication, and 21 credits in Literature, 15 of which must be upper level, although that doesn't include my GRE score, since I haven't sent it to them yet. I have already taken all the exams you have mentioned except American Dream. Thank you for your suggestions. I thought my idea of a second BA would be shot down immediately.
Looks like I can finish my second BA something like this:
DSST Public Speaking
DSST Ethics in America
LSU Independent Study courses, $250 each:
ENGL 3020 â British Literature I
ENGL 3070 â American Literature I Forging a Nation
ENGL 3072 â American Literature II: Coming of Age
ENGL 3593 â Survey of Women and Literature
Although I may be able to swap out one or two of those classes for the ECE exam, and I will do that if it is possible in order to save some time. And I am already taking a lower level literary themes course through LSU, which should take care of the other three credits that the GRE doesn't cover. Even if my estimate is off by a class or two, I can probably take another LSU course or an Ohio U exam rather inexpensively.
I think I'm gonna do it. It will give me some time to study literature more seriously and help me decide whether I want to go to grad school in a Social Sciences field or a Humanities field. I don't want to waste money on a grad school program if I don't even know for sure what I want to study, and then end up dropping out after one semester because I hate it. This will help me decide, hopefully.

One of these days I will have to go back and add it all up. It probably averages out to more like $75 per credit. Maybe I will take GRE Biology next, just to see if I can do it...

Bummer! The GREs aren't for the feint of heart, and I think it's great that you even tried. I like that adventurous spirit! It does take a lot of studying if you don't already know it, and it's tougher if you're not in love with the subject. I was so sick of psychology by the time I was done studying! Don't let it slow your roll and good luck on your next exams!
