I though that the purpose of placing academic shool transcripts in SMARTS eases the hassle of having to deal with colleges you attended years ago.. I had 3 different colleges listed in SMARTS, but noooooohhhh. Tesc wanted for me to send away to 3 other colleges I had listed in Smarts. I guess constructing SMARTS was a waste time.
