It is a sort of NCCRS accredited website a bit like onlinedegree but it specializes in introductory graphics design courses. Most of them are lower division for 3 credits. Quite pricey at around 700 USD per credit. There are a few fastrack lower division self paced courses for around 220 USD per credit. Their sole upper division course of web design costs a whopping 3750 usd and confers 4 UL credit.
They charge a 150 usd inscription fee which worsens the sticker shock, but I just thought it would be nice to share for anyone that needs online interior design courses or computer animation course options. Courses got revalidated by NCCRS last year so accreditation should not be an issue.

Yikes! You can get an entire certificate from many CCs for less than the cost of that one course. Granted, CCs aren't UL, but most people probably don't need an UL web design course.

I did a second check and it seems like the courses are run on 4 in 1 packages where you have to take between 12 and 15 credits in one haul. They give you around 1 year to finish everything and most packages are self paced. So it looks like the lower division courses are around 200 USD per credit.
But the upper division is still insanely expensive.

200 per credit is still pretty expensive for LL stuff. Sophia can be as cheap as $5-10/credit (depending on how quickly you're able to complete classes) and about $200 at Study.com gets you 3 or 6 credits (again, depending on how fast you work through the classes).

I don't think it makes sense to pay that much for those courses - the ROI isn't enough to justify it. And you can get a job in graphic design without a degree, but with a good portfolio of work.
