Anyone know anything aboout Kaplan??
#11
Linda,

My concern is that even if she takes this online she won't be employable. This type of certification needs hands-on clinical or practical time. She won't get that online. That means that when it comes to getting a job she will be unemployable. So why bother and waste the time and money. If she wants to work in this field she needs clinical time and will be much better off in a traditional program or a hybrid program where she can take her Gen Ed online etc, but will have the opportunity to do actual clinical hands-on. This stuff can't be learned totally online. Just beware!

She did understand that Kaplan not being RA was not in her best interest. Now she is off looking again.
