I've had a three-day weekend this past week, and have luckily been able to complete all courses located here (other than FEMA). Would any of us, by any chance, know of any other free credit sources like these?

I think you covered them all. Study.com offers 3 months scholarship, they sent me an email 10 days ago so they're still accepting people. It won't hurt to try and apply for it. https://studyco.wufoo.com/forms/so2kiu51ofm53p/

Shmoop offers 65 credits in history, math, and especially literature; some are upper level. The college credit subscription is about $90/ month for unlimited, unproctored credits.
BA, MA, EdS, MMT, etc.
83 hours of ACE-worthy credits
