Noted that Amity University from India is accredited by WASC Senior College and University Commission.
They do offer various online Master and bachelor degree @
https://amityonline.com/ , with pretty low tuition fee.
Need to ask: Would a degree from Amity consider a regionally accredited degree? The courses completed can be transferred without going through international credit evaluation?

Whoa.. I was about to report as spam but after reluctantly double checking their WASC accreditation I realized I was wrong. The .com domain threw me off.. their website looks like a diploma mill :/

Yeah, it's not a sham, but hard to finish the degree. They actually offer another 3-year degree but no one can seem to finish it properly as there is no known test center but an internet cafe. Here's an older post from 2017, I commented a few times:

They do have a page on Pearson Vue:
https://home.pearsonvue.com/amity
Some sort of application form:
https://www.amity.edu/apply-now.aspx?1=1
http://amitymooc.com/home/tuition-free-education.php
"Helping Women & Housewives in Building their Careers"
Now there is a slogan.
