So I scheduled my information systems CLEP for this friday- and I'm getting cold feet. I haven't studied lots but then I'm also fairly familiar with computers. (Created my own web sites using basic coding) and was of the "floppy" generation- as in I used them as a kid.
How is this exam? Am I nuts for just taking this more or less cold? I will review some, but how much can I cram in 2 days with a 12 hour work shift in between?
Help!! Any advice or admonishments or feedback very welcomed.
Kate
Reviews I have read on this exam says that they use a lot of older lingo on the test which could help you. You seems to be in the same "era" of computers as me with website coding (im guessing in HTML). You should DEFINETLY head over to the CLEP site and review what is on the test. Take a day or two to familiarize yourself with some of the stuff you may have no clue on. Some of the test will be super easy where other parts are going to be harder. I have the CLEP guide and got like 85% of them right on the first try cold. However I didn't end up taking this exam because my original CC plan didn't take the Info Systems CLEP.
