Alternative courses request

Hello all, I am sailing through my BABA Project Management and left with these courses to take. I request your inputs regarding difficulty of these course. Which course are easier and are there any better alternatives to these? Thanks in advance.

BUS 141 - Intro to Project Management
BUS 240 - Change Management 
BUS 245 - Programming for Managers
BUS 353  - Business Ethics - Instantcert Business Ethics(Yet to take)
BUS 343 - Project Risk & Cost Management
BUS 325 - Financial Management 
BUS 400 - Proj. Mgt. Appl.
BUS 415 - Operations Management
BUS 440 - Business Analytics
BUS 401 - Advanced Proj. Mgt. Appl - 2
BUS 469 - Strategic Professional Comm.

BUS353 isn't Business Ethics. InstantCerts class won't transfer for BUS353 from what I've seen. How many courses have you completed? You have to complete at least 30 credits at UMPI and most of the ULs. BUS400 & 401 you have to take at UMPI. You also want to take BUS141 at UMPI because you'll use that project as the template for BUS400 & 401.
