BYU also has Math 334: Ordinary Differential Equations. UAF doesn't appear to offer any independent study math currently. LSU has multidimensional calculus (Calc III) and Math 3355: Probability. If you just need any upper level math credit, Fresno Pacific has graduate-level courses for teachers that are transcripted as math, but most of them are 2-hour classes and have titles like "Math Activities for Primary Grades" and "Intro to Whole Number Subtracting." They do have Mathematicians Before 1700 for 3 hours, Mathematicians After 1700 for 3 hours, and Patterns and Problem Solving for 3 hours, which don't sound too ridiculous. You have to write lots of lesson plans and be aware of your state's education standards too. Courses run about $400 or just under for 3 hours, generally. Good luck!
